"The most effective health & fitness programme, is the one you actually stick to..."

I’ve spent the last 20 years working as a Personal Trainer & nutrition specialist, and if there’s one principle that underpins everything I do, it’s this  -  consistency is king.

Every January, gyms are full. By March, most are empty. Not because people stop caring about their health & fitness, but because the approach they’ve been sold doesn’t fit in with their real lives.

As well as producing results, my method focusses on understanding why individuals struggle to maintain consistent, long-term progress, and removing barriers in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.

Experience & Expertise

I hold a Degree in Sport & Exercise Science, alongside specialist qualifications in nutrition, and women’s fitness, as well as 20 years working as a coach in the fitness industry.

My approach is grounded firmly in evidence-based methods, with a strong emphasis on anatomy, physiology, behavioural psychology and effective habit building.

Rather than focusing solely on workouts, I take a holistic view of health & fitness, understanding that training is often just one part of the equation.

Sleep, nutrition, stress, mindset and habit formation all play a crucial role in results.

Neglecting these factors is often why you may feel like you're putting in the hard work, but not seeing meaningful progress.

Designed Around Real Life

The fitness industry can be intimidating, confusing and, at times, unnecessarily extreme.

A good coaching programme focuses on demystifying health & fitness, stripping away the noise, cult-like language and the unrealistic expectations, and replacing it with clear, evidence-based guidance that fits naturally into your life.

Many of my clients lead very busy, demanding lives, often balancing high-pressure careers, family commitments and limited time. They don’t need more pressure or confusion, they need a programme that works with their schedule, not against it.

Every programme I design is highly individualised, taking into account lifestyle, stress levels, various personal preferences and long-term goals.

Over time, clients consistently tell me they value the same things:

  • effective but sustainable programming

  • a holistic programme that ensures progress towards goals via every effective method available

  • a bespoke approach over a one-size-fits-all template

  • a sense that their programme fits seamlessly around their existing lifestyle

A Long-Term Perspective

Good training and lifestyle change is about building habits that are realistic, consistent and effective over time.

My role is to provide expert guidance, structure and accountability, while making the process as clear and manageable as possible.

That’s how effective, lasting change happens.
