Founder And Head Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Chris combines deep expertise in Personal Training & Nutrition with a practical, evidence-based coaching philosophy.

Chris believes the most effective fitness & nutrition programmes are the ones that people can actually stick to long-term, and builds plans that fit naturally around busy, stressful lives. His approach combines consistency, sustainable habit change and a holistic view of health that considers exercise, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle.

Chris holds a degree in Sport & Exercise Science alongside specialist qualifications in Nutrition and womens's fitness, and has spent his career helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting progress without fad dieting or unnecessary complexity.

Ali

Personal Trainer

Ali is a results-driven Personal Trainer who delivers challeing, engaging workouts designed to transform both cody and confidence. Since 2017, he has been helping cliens achieve their fitness goals, from building strength and improving mobility to developing greater confidence and everyday resilience.

He combines strength training, functional movement, and boxing to create varied, effective sessions that consistently deliver results.

Personal Trainer

Ed has 15 years of experience helping clients bridge the gap between where they are & where they want to be. After experiencing how exercise & nutrition transformed his own energy, confidence, & mood during university, he dedicated his career to helping people use fitness to enhance their lives.

Ed creates plans that fit each client’s body & schedule - no fads or gimmicks. Whether the goal is to build strength, muscle, or resilience, he focuses on sustainable, scientific, safe and effective methods.

Qualified with Precision Nutrition, Ed keeps nutrition simple - emphasising the fundamentals that really matter. He is committed to continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest research and techniques to provide the best possible guidance for his clients.

Brand & Operations

Sara is the Brand & Operations Manager at CBPT, responsible for the day to day operations and development of the brand.

​

She works closely with the team, leading on content, communication and the overall client experience.

​

Her role centres on keeping everything aligned, considered and running smoothly behind the scenes.
